My Dyson V8 Lost Suction Power After Less Than A Year Of Use

I purchased the Dyson V8 vacuum about a year ago through Trendyol from Dyson Turkey’s official seller. Even though I’ve never used the product on max mode, I’ve been experiencing a noticeable drop in suction power for about the past three months — and the issue happens every single time I use it.

I contacted customer service about this problem, but they said it doesn’t fall under a technical fault and therefore refused to take my device in for service. My product is still under warranty, and my invoice number is b012024000820819.

I expect Dyson to either replace my vacuum with a new one or at least accept it for service so the issue can be properly examined. I’m kindly requesting a resolution to this problem.
