I purchased the Dyson V15 vacuum two years ago at a store called Taketech in Erbil, Iraq. Since the day I bought the unit, I have been experiencing a strong suction problem. While the unit was still under warranty I sent it back to the store, and they only cleaned it and sent it back. Now the warranty has expired and I am getting no assistance at all. When I contacted Dyson they told me that they don’t have any service here. Yet in Erbil’s large stores all Dyson products are sold.
The vacuum keeps clogging and gives a filter warning. Even though I have two filters, I am really struggling when using the unit. I paid approximately $1,000 but I am not satisfied with the service I received. Dyson is not standing behind its own product. I am requesting that my unit be replaced.
