I purchased my Dyson V15 Detect vacuum cleaner from the Dyson store at Forum Istanbul Mall. The product’s serial number is U3B-EU-RJZ7640A, and the invoice number is 8012022000352642. I have been using the device for about two years, and its warranty expired in December.
Between September and November, I experienced issues with the vacuum’s suction power, and I reported the problem multiple times to Dyson customer service. However, as someone who is hearing impaired, I was not provided with accessible support options, and no solution was offered for my issue.
At this point, the vacuum has almost no suction power, and I believe there is a serious problem with the motor. I had already reported this problem before the warranty expired, yet I still received no assistance.
I am requesting technical service support for my device and asking that Dyson offer accessible communication options suitable for hearing-impaired customers. I am not satisfied with the way customer service and this process have been handled, and I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved.
