I’m having a serious issue with my Dyson V11 Absolute vacuum—it keeps shutting off during use for no clear reason. I reached out to Dyson customer service hoping for a solution, but instead of helping, they told me there’s “no error” and closed the case. That response is completely unacceptable.
I paid a significant amount (₺) for this product and expected both performance and support. A vacuum at this price point shouldn’t randomly stop working, and a company like Dyson should never ignore clear user complaints. I’ve explained the problem in full detail, and I’m now calling on Dyson representatives to address this publicly and resolve it properly.

Despite reporting the issue with my Dyson cordless vacuum cleaner 3-4 times, they still haven't found a solution and have not referred me to an authorized service in any way. When I have time, I will smash and break the device into pieces in front of the Dyson store; maybe then they will pay attention.
