Dyson V11 Absolute Vacuum ''Filter Needs Cleaning Error''

I called the Dyson Support line because my V11 Absolute vacuum cleaner had reduced suction power, gave an "empty the dust bin" when it was empty and "filter washing" warning, and stopped working. Support said that there was a filter failure. I ordered a filter and I installed it, but the problem was not resolved. I returned the filter and sent my V11 to Service. Support said that the problem was with the trigger and filter; they needed to be changed, and the price was 4,500 TL. I paid the money. In the service form, "Filter warning problem. The problem was solved by changing the hand unit and filter. General maintenance and cleaning was done. It passed the last tests successfully." is written, but all the problems were the same: suction was low and it was still stopping. I called Support to send the vacuum cleaner back for repair. They asked for a video call again. I told them it wasn't possible with my phone. They couldn't make transactions without a video call! Because the person answering the phone at Support will determine the fault and guide me accordingly. I sent an e-mail to Support to explain the situation and get help but received the same response "Call Support and video call to get help." So, the first condition to get service from Dyson is that you have a smartphone, otherwise, Dyson will not repair your item even if you have paid money as was my experience. Dyson took my 4.500 TL but did not properly diagnose or repair my vacuum cleaner. The statement "tested and problem solved" written on the service form is a complete lie. If it were tested, it would be seen that the problem persists without any improvement. I could buy a vacuum cleaner for 4,500 TL, but I haven't had a vacuum cleaner for a month, and getting Support is conditional on video calling. I demand that Dyson repair my vacuum cleaner as soon as possible without any additional fee or refund the 4.500 TL I paid.
