I am absolutely furious with Dyson! I will never buy another one of your products again. Every single time I use my vacuum, it constantly displays a "dustbin full" warning, even though it's clearly not! The vacuum is drawing air from the sides of the bin, causing a severe suction leak.
Their customer service is completely useless; they simply don't care. If I had to rate my after-sales service experience, it would be a resounding zero. I am utterly dissatisfied with this product and the lack of support. This isn't just an inconvenience; it's a fundamental flaw that makes the vacuum ineffective.
