I purchased the Dyson V15 Detect Absolute directly from Dyson's website on September 27, and it was delivered today. However, when I opened the box, I discovered that the furniture tool and mini Motorhead attachment were missing. The spaces for these parts were there, but they were just empty boxes. It seems like they applied a discount and removed these attachments without informing me. When I reached out via WhatsApp, I was told that these attachments are no longer included. If that’s the case, why were the empty slots for them still in the box? This is incredibly frustrating, and I want Dyson to address this issue and provide a solution to this unfair situation.
