Parimatch Withdrawal Pending for Five Months

I requested a withdrawal of 27,000 from my Parimatch account via bank transfer to my Axis Bank account on 20 October. Even though 5 months have passed, this amount has still not been credited to my bank account. During this entire period, I have raised many tickets and sent many emails to Parimatch support. However, every time I receive the same standard reply that I should wait, that my amount is safe, and that it will take some more time. In the latest response I received yesterday, I was again told that the billing department is working on the issue, my amount is safe, and I should wait, but there is no concrete date or real solution. I have not received any partial payment; the entire amount of 27,000 is still pending. I am very disappointed that such a long delay has occurred for a straightforward bank transfer withdrawal and that I keep receiving the same answer for months without any real progress. I request that my full withdrawal amount of 27,000 be paid to my Axis Bank account without any further delay.
