BigoLive Admin Removed Me From Stream Without Any Reason

I am a regular user of Bigo Live and an active supporter of the host “dottie&Ruby,” who are fairly new broadcasters on the app. I have been supporting their lives for about four months and I am also a member of their family. On April 29 at around 11:00 p.m. EST, I was suddenly kicked out of their live stream by one of their admins for no clear reason. As I was being removed from the live, I could hear the host themselves asking why I was kicked, which shows that even they did not understand the reason behind this action. I did not use any offensive language or behave inappropriately, and my comments were simply normal supporter comments. It is very discouraging to see admins reacting so sensitively and removing genuine supporters without explanation. After this happened, I sent a direct message to the host’s inbox, politely asking what happened and why I was kicked, but I have not received any response. As a consistent supporter and family member, I feel unfairly treated and disrespected. I request that this situation be reviewed, that the reason for my removal be clarified, and that appropriate action be taken so that genuine supporters are not removed from lives without cause in the future. I would also like my access to this host’s live streams to be restored without any restrictions.
