On November 25, 2023, I bought Dyson V15 Detect wireless vacuum cleaner from your Teknosa.com website. It was delivered on 28 November. But when I opened the box, I noticed that the two parts were missing. Missing Parts: - Anti Tangle Mini Title - Furniture Six Adapter The boxes of these pieces were available, but they were hollow. I made a complaint to Dyson through Teknosa, but they conveyed that the product content is no longer any anymore. If the product is no longer in the product, why these parts are empty boxes of parts in the package content. I condemn the Dyson brand that sends a missing product for the price of the product and deceives the customer by making a secret raise. I ask that the missing pieces be forwarded to my side.

"They sent it a bit late. I was happy because my problem was resolved. I hope I don't experience another issue with my machine; the resolution process was very troublesome and stressful. Would I buy products from this brand again? Of course not. Instead of resolving an issue when it arises, they make you go through a hassle. This brand is not worth buying.
