I Report Dyson Refusing Service Due to Missing Sticker Label

I’m experiencing an overheating issue with the Dyson Airwrap device I purchased in 2022. When I submitted a service request, I was told that I had no rights because the serial number on the adhesive label of the device was no longer visible. However, the serial number is clearly written on the invoice. If the serial number is that important, why is it only printed on a sticker that can easily come off? I paid a significant amount of money for this product, and Dyson is a well-known brand. This wasn’t even the only product I purchased from you. I had planned to remain a loyal customer, but this attitude has left me both upset and understandably angry. Even though I was willing to pay for the service, no support was provided. I will not let this issue go and will continue to pursue my rights.
