I Face Paint Peeling and Part Deformation on My Dyson Gen5detect Vacuum

I purchased a Dyson Gen5detect Prussian Blue/Copper Cordless Vacuum Cleaner from the official Dyson store on Hepsiburada approximately 1.5 years ago, and the product is still covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

Since the day I purchased it, I have experienced paint chipping and peeling on the main body of the vacuum. In addition, one of the components has developed visible deformation. I have used this vacuum with exceptional care, and I have not even removed the protective film covering parts of the device. Despite this level of care, I am surprised and disappointed that the product has developed cosmetic damage and deformation in such a short period of time.

When I contacted Dyson customer service by phone, I was informed that the issue was caused by user handling. However, considering how carefully I have maintained and used the vacuum, I do not find this explanation reasonable or acceptable.

As a premium brand, Dyson is expected to deliver superior durability and material quality. Experiencing paint peeling and component deformation under normal and careful use has significantly reduced my confidence in the brand and its products.

Because my vacuum cleaner remains under warranty, I request that Dyson not classify these issues as user-caused damage. I ask that the product be properly inspected and that the paint peeling and component deformation be resolved through a free repair or replacement of the affected parts. I expect Dyson to honor its warranty obligations and provide an appropriate solution to eliminate the inconvenience I have experienced.
