Dyson V15 Vacuum Cleaner Fuse Problem and Post-Warranty Dissatisfaction

I purchased the Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner about 2.5 years ago through Hepsiburada. Around one year after purchase, the seals on the edges of the product began to tear and peel. When the issue first appeared and the warranty was still valid, I contacted Dyson customer service, but I was told that it was only an aesthetic problem, that it did not affect performance, and therefore nothing could be done. Now, six months after the warranty has expired, the problem with the seals has worsened. Using the product in this condition is both visually unpleasant and raises concerns that it may lead to bigger issues in the future. I request either a replacement of the product or a permanent solution to this problem. My invoice number is B012023000126235. I am using the product in Amasya Merzifon, and the issue continues persistently. I kindly ask the authorities to resolve my grievance.
