Dyson V12 Cyclon Filter Deformed Despite Warranty Coverage

I purchased a Dyson V12 cordless upright vacuum less than a year ago and the product is still under warranty. Recently, I noticed that there is a deformation/crushing on the cyclon filter. Despite the careful way I use and store the device, such damage occurring in such a short time has been very disappointing for me. After noticing the problem, I contacted Dyson / the seller and explained that the device was under warranty and that the cyclon filter was damaged. However, I was told that this problem was not covered by the warranty and that I would have to pay an additional fee to have it fixed or replaced. I do not find it acceptable that a product that has not even completed one year and is under warranty requires extra payment for such a part. I request that the cyclon filter of my Dyson V12 cordless vacuum be evaluated within the scope of warranty, that the defective part be replaced free of charge, and that I am not charged any additional fee for this process. I kindly ask for a swift review of my complaint and a solution in favour of the consumer.
