Dyson V12 Vacuum Tube Deformation - Warranty Replacement Refused

On 08.10.2025, I purchased a Dyson V12 cordless vacuum cleaner from the Dyson authorized dealer located in İzmir Hilton AVM for ₺26,999.00, invoice number B012005001069504. During the purchase, it was expressly emphasized that the product was very durable, that all of its parts were made of unbreakable material and that they would be covered under warranty. Already knowing Dyson as a brand for its durability, I relied on these statements and chose this product. I have been using the product for about 4–5 months and recently noticed a dent/deformation on the main body tube of the vacuum. On 27.02.2025, I contacted Dyson customer service and explained the situation. I was told that since this damage does not prevent the use of the product, they could only replace this part for a fee and that it would not be covered by the warranty. I was very disappointed that a part on the tube of a product that is still under warranty was not considered within the warranty scope, especially after being assured at the time of purchase that all parts would be covered. After receiving this negative response, I did some research online and saw that there are quite a number of similar complaints about tube deformation on the same product. Moreover, I noticed that a different material is used in the same part of similar products in Dyson stores. This led me to believe that there might be a production or factory-related issue with this particular tube part. Despite this, it was not accepted as such, and Dyson tried to sell the part for a fee for a product that is under warranty, which has seriously damaged my trust in the Dyson brand. I currently have four Dyson products in my home and I have been a customer who recommended your brand to people around me. I was even considering purchasing your robot vacuum cleaner, but after this experience and the negative response I received about the deformation on the tube of my cordless vacuum, I am now very reluctant to buy any new Dyson product and I am reconsidering this decision. I request that the deformation on the body tube of my Dyson V12 cordless vacuum cleaner be evaluated as a manufacturing defect, that the tube part be replaced free of charge under warranty, and that a written explanation be provided to me regarding this decision and the warranty coverage. Otherwise, I believe that this approach will lead to a serious loss of image for Dyson, a brand that has been trusted for many years.
I am requesting a free replacement of the main body tube of my Dyson V12 under warranty due to deformation. However, customer service informed me that the part is considered out of warranty and requested a fee, which was very disappointing. So far, no brand representative has contacted me, and my issue remains unresolved.
