Dyson Airwrap Unresolved Refund and Deceptive Policies

bought two hairbrush from Dyson, but it turned out it's not really working for my hair, sent it back for a refund like a month ago, but they still haven't given me my money back. just wanted to give you all a heads up about my experience with this company. Don't trust 'em! I hit them up and they said it would take 15 days to get my money back, but it's been way longer than that, I do get it now, this company doesn't care about their customers or keep their promises. I just wanna get my cash back, and it's not cool that they're keeping it for so long. you might wanna think twice before buying from this company. They don't keep their promises and can't be trusted. When I get my money back I'll be done with their products as well.
