Dyson V8 Warranty Problem Still Unresolved

I purchased my Dyson V8 vacuum from a seller on Trendyol. However, the product was registered under the seller’s own name, which has caused problems with warranty procedures. For more than a month, I have been repeatedly sending the statement (petition) requested by the seller and contacting them multiple times, yet Dyson has not taken any action regarding my vacuum.
During this process, I have spoken with Dyson customer service several times, but instead of finding a solution, I have been constantly delayed, and my issue remains unresolved. The vacuum is currently being used in Karabük, and although it is still under warranty, the malfunction has not been repaired.
I am requesting that the battery or the entire vacuum be replaced. I kindly ask that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
