Dyson V12 Filter Alert Won’t Go Away — Reset and Service Didn’t Fix It

I purchased my Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner six months ago from Dyson Türkiye’s official seller on Trendyol. Since the day I bought it, the device has been constantly displaying a filter warning. Despite cleaning the filter multiple times, the issue never went away. During this period, I sent the vacuum to service twice; each time, I was told that dust had entered the motor and that the issue had been fixed — but the same problem persisted as soon as it came back from service.
Last week, I had two video calls with Dyson customer service. In the first call, the representative asked me to reset the battery, which temporarily removed the warning. However, the same alert reappeared 20 minutes later. I called again, and this time a service request was created, but it’s been a week, and no one has come to pick up the product.
I use the vacuum at home, and it’s still under a 2-year warranty. My invoice number is b012025000340524. I’ve been dealing with this issue since the first day of purchase, and it happens every single time I use the vacuum. So far, I haven’t been charged any additional fees.
I don’t want to keep facing such a persistent and recurring problem in a six-month-old product. I request that my issue be resolved permanently, and if necessary, that the product be replaced. If no action is taken, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
