While using my Dyson V8, the dust bin lid suddenly detached on its own. The lid is not broken, but it won’t lock back into place properly. Every time I turn on the vacuum, the lid falls to the floor, making it impossible to use the device as intended.
None of the rubber seals or other parts are missing, yet the issue persists. I need urgent assistance in resolving this problem—whether it's a replacement part or a fix, Dyson should provide a solution.
I am waiting for a response, and I expect Dyson to address this design flaw immediately. A vacuum at this price point should not have such issues within a short time of use!
