Dyson V15 Vacuum Service Delay - No Progress or Updates

My Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner was sent to the service center over a month ago, but there has been no progress regarding my product, and I haven't received any updates. I demand that this inconvenience be addressed urgently. Dyson Reference Number: 26409813

Story: Due to a filter problem in my Dyson V15 vacuum cleaner, I sent it to the Dyson technical service center via courier (we received it on February 28th, I have the email). The product was inspected, and I was informed that the filter would be replaced. Later, I was told that the entire product would be replaced (I received an email on March 4th). However, after these notifications, there has been no further development regarding my product. When I explained this situation to Akasya Shopping Mall, they suggested that I personally visit the Büyükhanlı Plaza Dyson technical service center in Küçükbakkalköy. Following their advice, I went to the plaza and spoke with the service center. They checked the product and informed me that there is another Dyson service center where my product is located. On April 15th, 2024, they called me and assured that the inconvenience would be addressed, and a solution would be provided. However, no one has contacted me yet. On April 15th, during another call made by us to Dyson customer service, there has been no progress towards a solution, and the same statements as before were repeated. We demand that this inconvenience be resolved as soon as possible."
