I ordered a Dyson V15 Submarine directly from Dyson’s website on February 19, 2025, with order number 910901423616. Just 16 days after receiving it, the yellow part of the handle started peeling. I immediately contacted customer service, even connecting via live chat, only to be told that since this issue does not affect functionality, they would only offer a repair, not a replacement. They also claimed that this peeling was “normal” because the product has an air outlet.

If this issue is “normal,” why aren’t other Dyson users experiencing the same problem? I paid a premium price for this vacuum and expect Dyson to stand behind its products. I demand a proper resolution—either replace the defective handle or provide a real fix!

I no longer think you are showing sensitivity to the issue... How many days has it been and you still haven't proposed a solution.
