My Dyson V15 vacuum has started peeling, and despite reaching out, no one is addressing the issue. I’m not the only one—many people I know have faced the same problem. It is completely unreasonable for a vacuum at this price point to start deteriorating so quickly.
Even though my product is still under warranty, Dyson has shown zero interest in resolving the issue. The materials used in this vacuum are clearly low quality, as the body is falling apart over time.
Since Dyson refuses to take responsibility, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. Dyson, this is unacceptable! Stand behind your products and fix this issue! Has anyone else experienced this?
