Dyson V15 Detect Total Clean Stops Working After Few Minutes
I have a Dyson V15 Detect Total Clean vacuum cleaner which I purchased from MediaMarkt. For the last three days, the device has been stopping automatically during use, which makes it impossible to use it properly. To solve the problem, I have already cleaned the machine thoroughly and changed the filter, but the issue persists in the same way. After that, I contacted Dyson customer service. However, despite spending about half an hour with them, they were not able to offer a solution, and the conversation was ended because their working hours were over. Since the problem continues even after cleaning and changing the filter, I suspect there may be a technical fault with the device. I kindly request that my Dyson V15 Detect Total Clean be replaced with a new product under the relevant warranty/consumer rights. I can provide my invoice from MediaMarkt and the invoice number if needed to support my request.
