Dyson V15 Detect Auto-Stop - 3-Second Shutdown Loop, Charging Reset

I have been experiencing a serious issue with my Dyson V15 Detect Absolute vacuum cleaner for about a week and a half. Each time I start the device, it stops on its own after three seconds. When I restart it, the same thing happens again, repeating this cycle three times. After that, it starts working, but once I place it on the docking station to charge and try to use it again, the same problem occurs from the beginning. This issue happens during every cleaning attempt and in all modes (eco, turbo, etc.). I have tried every possible solution, using different outlets and environments, but the problem persists. I contacted Dyson customer service but have not received any response. Moreover, the lack of a clear and accessible point of contact has made the situation even more frustrating. Since I lost the invoice, I am unsure about the warranty status. I request a clear and detailed explanation of the situation and, if necessary, assistance with either a product replacement or repair.
