Dyson V8 Absolute Vacuum Poor Service Experience

My Dyson V8 Absolute vacuum cleaner has started working intermittently in max mode, despite being carefully used. I live alone and take great care of my appliances. I purchased the vacuum from Media Markt and sent it for service through them. When it was returned, the motor part was scratched, and the vacuum now shuts off after less than 3 minutes of use on a full charge.
I chose Dyson because of its reputation for quality, but this experience has been disappointing, especially since the warranty expires in 15 days. I do not accept the scratches on my vacuum and request a replacement. If my complaint is not resolved, I will pursue legal action.
