Dyson Sent Me a New V15 Total Clean Vacuum With a Dented Metal Part Inside

We purchased the Dyson V15 Total Clean upright vacuum cleaner from Media Markt. Although the outer box was undamaged and we personally removed the security seals, the metal part inside the dust container had a visible dent (such as a bend or fold). We contacted the Media Markt branch where we bought the product, and it was sent for service. Despite being brand new and never used, a part replacement was offered for my product. I request that my brand-new, unused product be replaced with a new, undamaged one. We have a video recording of the box and product unboxing process.
