Dyson V15 Detect Hepa Cordless Vacuum Tube Replacement Issue


I placed an order for the Dyson V15 Detect Hepa Cordless Vacuum on November 7th. It arrived within a week, but the tube was dented upon arrival. We informed Dyson, and they assured us there wouldn't be an issue, so we started using it. On December 19th, the tube detached from the machine and began rotating involuntarily. We contacted Dyson regarding the issue on December 19th, informing them that we couldn't use the product due to this problem. They examined the issue and said they would send us a new tube. They took all the necessary information from us. Within 2 days, a package arrived, but it contained the tube for a different product. We contacted Dyson, and they apologized for the mistake, asking us to return it and assuring us they would send the correct part for our product. We did as instructed. A week later, another package arrived, but it again contained the same incorrect tube. We contacted Dyson again, explaining the problem and expressing our frustration. They opened a case but started giving us evasive responses, saying a new part would be sent. Since December 19th, I have been unable to use my Dyson vacuum, and Dyson is not standing behind its product. A problem I've experienced with a product that's barely a month old remains unresolved. I do not recommend Dyson at all. DYSON doesn't assist even when their products develop faults due to their own mistakes, and they leave consumers in distress by selling products without spare parts. Please think twice before purchasing. We deeply regret it. If this issue is not resolved by the consumer arbitration board, I intend to file a lawsuit with my lawyer.
