I bought a V15 vacuum cleaner from Dyson's website. Despite being extremely careful, the wheels of the vacuum's main head broke. We called Dyson, and they told us that they would send the part as quickly as possible. We even received an email claiming that it would be shipped shortly. However, a few days later, we received another email informing us that our order had been canceled. They had made an arbitrary decision to cancel the portion that was due to be sent. Later, we contacted Dyson again and requested that the part be supplied. They stated they'd ship it shortly, but it has been months. We purchased the most costly vacuum on the market, believing it was of great quality. We received the Dyson V15. Surprisingly, it broke on its own. We handle it so cautiously. I even wrapped the vacuum in cling film to prevent damage. We took considerable care, however they produced an exceedingly low-quality product and provided no assistance to clients. How silly is that? There is a product under warranty, but I am unable to benefit from it. I've attached screenshots of Dyson's emails in the hopes of resolving the issue quickly. They said they would ship the part. Then they claim they canceled the order themselves. I've never witnessed such stupidity.

No one has contacted us. I have never seen such a bad company until today. There is no one who is interested, no one who takes you seriously, and no one who cares about you.

After waiting for months, they finally sent us a part. But they sent the wrong one. It has nothing to do with the attachment for the vacuum cleaner we use. We deeply regret our purchase. The brand that sells the most expensive vacuum cleaners in our country doesn't even have a proper service. Nor can we find spare parts. Honestly, I have never seen anything so ridiculous.
