Dyson V12 Tube Broken and Still Not Replaced After Two Months
The tube of my Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner is completely broken, making the device unusable. On July 31, I had a video call with Dyson customer service, where I was informed that the tube would be replaced free of charge under warranty, but since it was out of stock, it would be shipped to me once available. It has now been two months, and I am still waiting.
During this time, I contacted customer service again and was told, once more, that the part was still not in stock and would be sent as soon as it arrived. I haven’t been able to use my vacuum at all, and this ongoing delay has caused significant inconvenience. I purchased the product through Hepsiburada.
I request that the replacement tube be supplied and shipped immediately. If my issue is not resolved soon, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
