Dyson V11 Vacuum Trigger and Tube Connection Issue

Ever since we got the vacuum January 2021, there's been a little space between the trigger and the tube joint, but we figured it was all good. So, I sent my vacuum to the service center twice for trigger issues, but they still didn't fix the connection problem, like a month ago we hit up the service center 'bout the trigger issue and the tube connection gap on the foot. So, they fixed the trigger problem and the gap, but didn't do anything about the foot issue and just sent it back to us, like, after using the vacuum for about 10 days, the tube connection just straight up broke.  we called up Dyson customer service and the rep was like, "We'll try to fix this for you as a goodwill gesture since they didn't offer any parts replacement support." She told us she'd talk to her bosses about hooking us up with a free replacement tube or foot. But then, like two days later, the same person told us that the warranty was up and they couldn't help us with replacement parts. we think that even though there was a problem, the tube got messed up when it was being fixed, and we're kinda shocked that nobody did anything about the vacuum thing.
