They called from Dyson and explained that the contents of the package were new, but the issue was due to using a returned product box for packaging. They said that if there was any problem, I could open and use the product anyway, as it was within the 14-day trial period. As stated, I opened and used the product and there is no problem, but such a large and reputable company making such unpleasant mistakes should also be taken into consideration. Thank you.

I purchased the Dyson Cyclone V10™ Absolute from dyson.com.tr online, and it arrived today via Hepsijet. The package was very well and neatly packed, but I haven't opened the product package yet. This is because the package had a return label addressed to a company named Ekol Lojistik Kolay Gelsin, indicating it had been returned previously. I scanned the barcode and QR code on the label, and the information matched, but the yellow barcode on the box didn't match at all. Because of these doubts, I haven’t opened the product package. I immediately called the customer service number provided on their website (0850 532 11 44). The representative I spoke with, Ms. Kardelen, sent me a link and took photos via a video call. She said she would forward the issue to the relevant and authorized departments and that I would be contacted. Now I’m asking, why am I experiencing this situation even though I bought the product from the official site? Why didn't the customer representative provide me with a case number?

On 07/04/2025 at 15:10, I received a call from Dyson Turkey customer service. They claimed that the package was sent with the wrong label. This clearly did not satisfy me because the original packaging of a new product having a return label and a different company name does not sit well with me. They approached me with statements like, "Open it, use it. Your product is brand new, you're in the return process, you can return it within 14 days." Following this, I obtained my support ticket number, which was 36210814. I informed Yusuf, the customer support representative I spoke to, that if I experience dissatisfaction again with the product I receive when I open the box, I will refer to this conversation and use my ticket number, along with videos and photos I will take when opening it, to file a lawsuit against them. I have not received any feedback regarding this complaint yet. I do not plan to open my order package until I receive a response.

As I said, using a wrongly labeled return product package during the boxing process is an issue that should be resolved internally. This damages your image.
