Dyson Sent a Previously Returned Product
"They called from Dyson and explained that the contents of the package were new, but the issue was due to using a returned product box for packaging. They said that if there was any problem, I could open and use the product anyway, as it was within the 14-day trial period. As stated, I opened and used the product and there is no problem, but such a large and reputable company making such unpleasant mistakes should also be taken into consideration. Thank you."
