I purchased my Dyson V11 in 2021, and while the warranty has expired, I did not expect to run into this frustrating issue. Despite keeping the filter clean, the vacuum constantly displays a filter warning. I even tried using a backup filter, which is also clean, but the same warning appears. This makes the vacuum almost unusable, as it keeps stopping and won’t function properly.
Dyson, I need a solution! Why is this happening, and how can I fix it? A high-end product like this should not develop such problems, especially when well-maintained. I expect a response with a proper fix—whether it's a reset method, replacement part, or another solution. Please address this issue as soon as possible!
