Bigo Support Fails to Help After Account Is Locked to Inactive Phone Number

I changed the phone number linked to my Bigo account months ago, and I no longer have any access to the old number. Because my account is only connected to that old number, I cannot log in, and all password verification codes are still being sent to it. As a result, I have been completely locked out of my account.

My username is emre, and my account ID is yeak25. This is not a small or newly created account—it is an account I invested time and effort into and where I also made purchases in the past. Despite this, being unable to access my account has caused me significant inconvenience and harm.

I explained the situation in detail to the Bigo support team through the in-app feedback section, but even after four days, I have not received any response. I am not only locked out of my account but also left without support, which has made the situation even worse.

Since I no longer have access to my old phone number, I request that the phone number linked to my account be updated to my new number, or alternatively, that my account be securely restored to me. Considering the size and history of my account, I ask that this issue be handled urgently and that a permanent solution be provided as soon as possible.
