Supercell Closes My Clash of Clans Account and Ignores My Support Requests
I have been playing Clash of Clans for 13 years. My account has my credit card and personal information on file, and I regularly purchase paid in-game content. I repeatedly received warnings claiming that I had shared my account with other people, and afterward my account was completely shut down. I can no longer access my credit card or personal information. My account contains thousands of paid gems. Even though I have tried many times to reach support, I have received no response. I urgently demand that my account be restored and that all of my personal and financial information be permanently removed from their records.
