Dyson V11 Advanced Keeps Stopping, 4 Failed Repair Attempts
I have been experiencing a serious and ongoing problem with my Dyson V11 Advanced vacuum cleaner, which keeps stopping while vacuuming. This issue first started on April 22nd and has been continuing for about three months, making it impossible to use the product efficiently in our home in Denizli, Türkiye. During this period, we have sent the vacuum cleaner to the Dyson service center in Istanbul four separate times. Each time, the product was returned to us without any work being done or any effective intervention applied, and the same malfunction continues exactly as before. In addition to this, we have contacted Dyson customer service many times. A fault diagnosis was made via video call, and based on this diagnosis the product was accepted for service, yet every time it was sent back to us in the same faulty condition. Because the problem persists despite multiple service attempts and repeated contact with customer service, I have lost confidence that this device will be properly repaired. For this reason, I kindly request a product exchange for my Dyson V11 Advanced so that I can finally have a properly functioning vacuum cleaner.
