I sent my Dyson V11 product for servicing, and they quoted 4700 ₺ to replace the part. I made the payment immediately. However, despite receiving an email on March 5th stating that the product was repaired and would be shipped via courier, it's now the 29th, exactly 24 days later, and my product still hasn't been delivered. Despite contacting customer service at least five times and emphasizing the urgency of my upcoming trip, I haven't received a satisfactory response. It's baffling how they can't send a repaired product within the same city within 24 days. I'm disappointed with the poor service and regret choosing Dyson-authorized service. It's frustrating to be without a vacuum cleaner for a month. I advise against using Dyson-authorized service for repairs.

"My product, which has been in service for a week, was decided to be replaced because it couldn't be repaired. On the day my complaint was published here, I received information that my device had been repaired. Look at that, what a coincidence! :) I hope it comes back in working condition, I hope it doesn't come as someone else's repaired second-hand product, and I hope it doesn't come with missing parts. Dyson Turkey will probably make me experience one of these three. I am giving a big negative mark to your service quality again."
