Warranty Issues and Missing Parts for my Dyson V12 Vacuum


I'm really angry with Dyson! During the two-year warranty, two parts of my V12 model vacuum broke. The first nozzle head was replaced in just 15 days, but they used a model that wasn't compatible. They finally sent the correct one after waiting for 3 months. But, it broke again in just 10 days! They didn't replace the second one. After that, it was the filter's turn, and they sent a new one. So, then the thing that goes under the seat broke, and they said they didn't have any more in stock. I've been waiting for a response for 2 months and still haven't heard anything. So, the vacuum tube broke off at the base. When I spoke to Dyson, they said that I can only get 3 parts for free within a span of 2 years. Any additional parts would come with a charge. But when I ask them to put it in writing, they avoid addressing the matter. They didn't talk about this in their sales pitch! They fixed two problems that they caused, but they accidentally recorded it as four replacements, making it seem like I was lying. I need my invoice right away so I can submit an application to the Consumer Arbitration Board. So, they're saying that the vacuum tube is no longer covered by warranty, but you can still buy it if you want. That is so unprofessional and ridiculous. Dyson's expensive prices were supposed to save us from these nightmares.
