Dyson Refuses to Replace Broken Vacuum Head Despite Admitting It Is Faulty




We can't use our Dyson vacuum because the head is broken. I informed customer service that the part was defective and had already been sent for replacement, but they keep insisting that the part will only be replaced for a fee. Their reasoning makes no sense—I have no idea how they expect us to have broken this part ourselves. I am requesting that this issue be resolved fairly. I have two Dyson vacuums and am currently using the older V8 model. This situation is unacceptable for a brand like Dyson. During a video call, the customer representative even admitted, "Yes, the product is faulty, you are right," yet no solution has been provided.
