I've been waiting for a replacement adapter for my broken Dyson V12 vacuum for 2.5 months now. Unfortunately, the service center has sent me incorrect or incompatible parts, this is their product, how come they sent them wrong...Every piece of information is with them.. My vacuum broke just one month after I bought it and I haven't been able to use it for almost 2.5 months now. The customer service hasn't been helpful and the service center has gone beyond the 20-day legal limit. Despite my request for a full replacement or refund, they are not providing any assistance. If Dyson continues to treat their customers poorly, it will harm their reputation worldwide.
