Dyson Processed Air Purifier Purchase Incorrectly

bought a Dyson air purifier on April 15, during the deal, the customer service person made my order because they didn't take 9 payments. They gave me a link for making payments in installments, and I used that link to finish the process. But when I look at my credit card account, I only see a single payment, not several. I want a return of the extra money and the right payment plan, but I'm not giving up my legal rights,  thought that the buy would be broken up into easy-to-manage payments, as was agreed upon during the deal. It's disappointing to see that the payment was handled wrongly and that my credit card was charged all at once. As a buyer, I want to know what's going on and for the rules, we agreed on to be kept. My order reference number is : 21636479
