Dyson Gen5 Vacuum Repair Delayed 1.5 Months

I bought a Dyson vacuum around 2-2.5 months ago, and it has been in service for 1.5 months. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the product, as the incorrect part was sent, causing a delay in receiving the correct one. On top of everything, they let us know 10 days ago that the order they made is still experiencing stock issues. Can you solve it in a year? We are striving to prevent such incidents by choosing high-quality products, however, it is evident that Dyson is not a good investment. Consider exploring alternative brands before making a purchase from Dyson as their prices are significantly higher.
