I’m pretty disappointed with my experience with Dyson. I had a problem with my Dyson carpet sweeping head, so I reached out to customer service, and they promised to send me a replacement. It's been two months now, and we still haven't received the shipment. Whenever I call, I always hear the same thing: “The part is out of stock.” This failure to follow through is seriously affecting my everyday life since we don’t have another hoover at home, which makes it tough to keep things tidy. I always thought Dyson was a solid choice because of its quality and reliability, but this ongoing problem with the replacement not being fulfilled is really making me reconsider my decision. I hope Dyson sticks to their word so I can get my hoover working again.
