Dyson V12 Vacuum Tube Broke Within Months
Hello, I bought my Dyson V12 cordless vacuum cleaner six months ago, and the tube broke two months ago. Customer care has contacted me several times about the new tube, stating there are stock issues. I've never heard a more ludicrous excuse in my life. After all, I chose Dyson based on its service excellence. When I asked for a refund, they said they couldn't issue one. It's absurd that they're attempting to provide satisfaction by creating difficulty for people who have paid a high price for their vacuum cleaners. I will do all in my power to receive a refund. My suggestion to prospective buyers: look into other brands.
