Hello, I bought my Dyson V12 cordless vacuum cleaner six months ago, and the tube broke two months ago. Customer care ha...s contacted me several times about the new tube, stating there are stock issues. I've never heard a more ludicrous excuse in my life. After all, I chose Dyson based on its service
