Dyson Gen5 Makes Loud Engine Noise – Service Says ‘No Problem

We purchased our Dyson Gen5 vacuum cleaner from Media Markt. From the very first day we used it, the motor produced an abnormal sound — almost like a wood saw or engine noise. We recorded the issue on video and sent it to both the service center and Dyson customer support. The customer representative acknowledged the issue and sent us a new attachment; however, the problem persisted exactly the same way. We then sent the product back to the service center within 12 days. Our invoice/service tracking number is 39935939.
Despite our video evidence and detailed explanation, the service center issued a report claiming that the product had “no issues.” However, the loud motor noise continues and becomes even more noticeable when using the carpet head, especially on rugs. We have tried every possible communication channel with Dyson but have received no solution.
Our product is still under a 2-year warranty, and we are requesting either a replacement device or a full refund. We expect Dyson to resolve this issue promptly and address the inconvenience we’ve experienced.
