I Face Carpet Head Sticking Issue with Dyson Gen5 Cordless Vacuum and Request Replacement

In February, I purchased the Dyson Gen5 cordless vacuum from Dyson.com.tr. Since I was moving in April, I left the box sealed and unused until after I settled into my new home. When I finally tried the vacuum, I noticed that the carpet head would not glide on my rugs at all — it sticks so firmly that the machine stops itself.

I immediately reported the issue to Dyson and requested a replacement. They video-called me, and I demonstrated the problem, even testing on multiple carpets. They asked me to ship the vacuum in for inspection. After receiving it, the technical service claimed there was “no issue” and sent it back. I contacted them again, this time showing my friend’s identical model during another video call to compare performance. They again asked me to send it in, but the result was the same — they insisted there was no problem.

I have had multiple phone calls and video calls where they saw the issue themselves, yet they refused a replacement. This is frustrating, especially for such an expensive product. I cannot use the carpet head at all, and Dyson is not standing behind its product. I request an immediate replacement so I can fully use the vacuum I paid for.

Your solution center representative called me, but nothing was resolved and my problem still continues. They called, said the usual things, and hung up. You are ignoring and dismissing the issue. I am requesting an exchange; if you are not going to replace it, please provide a refund.
