I have been unable to use my Dyson V12 vacuum cleaner for about a month. Each time I try to operate it, the device immediately displays the message “airways blocked” and shuts down, making it completely unusable.

Up until now, I have not contacted Dyson customer service about this issue, and my device is no longer under warranty. However, since the error occurs during every single use, I am left unable to benefit from the product at all and this has caused me great inconvenience.

I kindly request that Dyson review this recurring problem and provide me with a proper solution or guidance. Despite being out of warranty, I expect support from the company to address this persistent malfunction.
