Dyson Fails to Issue Refund Two Months After Product Return

I returned a Dyson filter cleaning brush that I purchased from the Dyson website, but even though nearly two months have passed, the $20 refund has still not been credited to my debit card. I sent the product back for return on October 30, 2025, and the fact that this process has dragged on for so long has caused me serious inconvenience.

I have spoken with Dyson customer service several times. Each time, I was told that my case was still ongoing and under review, but I was only stalled with vague explanations. No concrete action has been taken, and no clear timeline has been provided. I am unable to get clear and transparent information about the refund, and the money has still not been returned to my account.

I am demanding that my return process be finalized immediately and that the $20 refund be credited to my debit card without further delay. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will exercise my legal rights and proceed with the necessary applications through my attorney.
