Dyson Denied My 10-Year Warranty Claim on a Corded Vacuum Purchased in 2018

When buying a Dyson corded vacuum cleaner in 2018, the seller sells it by embellishing it with a 10-year parts warranty and a lifetime motor warranty. Although it really took a little effort, there was no problem with parts supply until 2023. However, when I asked for the broken part to be replaced under warranty, I was rejected because they said our warranty was 5 years. You should advise your sellers to be careful about providing honest information. You may be making very high-quality, long-lasting products, but for some customers like me, loyalty to your word is more important. For example, I am looking for a cordless vacuum cleaner, I was thinking of a Dyson until the last incident, but now I wonder. How do we know that you will not update the 5-year warranty as 1 or 2 years?
Dear Customer, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please be assured that we will handle the matter with care. Our solution center representative will contact you as soon as possible to provide support. Sincerely, Dyson Turkey
Dear Customer, We attempted to contact you via our call center, but we were unable to reach you. If your request is still ongoing, you can get in touch with us through our call center or via other communication channels. Sincerely, Dyson Turkey

Unfortunately, no one is reaching out. Your WhatsApp line isn't providing a solution. The product doesn't appear on the Dyson page either. Should we buy a counterfeit product?

I bought an equivalent product from Amazon, quite good. It is both available and cheap. They also provide a 2-year warranty. It seems more reliable to me, at least they don't sell it as if it will last 10 years.
